Does the original change?+
No. Only a new cropped image is created โ the original stays intact.
What are common SNS ratios?+
1:1 for profile and Instagram feed, 9:16 for Instagram Stories and Reels, 16:9 for YouTube thumbnails, 4:5 for Facebook feed posts.
Will quality drop after cropping?+
Only the cropped pixels are kept, so there's no quality loss. But if the crop area is small, the resolution drops and the result may look blurry.
Can I crop freely without a fixed ratio?+
Switch to free mode and drag any region with your mouse โ no ratio lock.
Can I crop several photos to the same area?+
One at a time for now. To resize many photos to the same size, pair with the Image Resize tool.
Can I crop in a circle?+
Only rectangular cropping is supported. For circular crops, try the Image Frame tool at max corner radius, or use a dedicated tool.
