FAQ
How many images can I process?+
Technically unlimited, but browser memory caps practical use at ~100 images / 500MB total. Beyond that, a desktop tool is more stable.
Is aspect ratio preserved?+
Yes. Set max width and height auto-scales to keep the ratio. Set 0 to keep original size.
Transparent PNG to JPG?+
JPG has no transparency, so the background becomes white. Pick PNG or WebP output to keep transparency.
Is WebP the most efficient?+
Generally 25–35% smaller than JPG at the same quality. 99% browser support makes it great for web. Some older messaging apps don't support it.
Are images sent to a server?+
No. Everything uses the browser Canvas API and stays local — safe even for receipts or HR documents.
What if I only have one image?+
Single-image tools ([image compress], [image resize], [PNG to JPG]) have simpler UIs. Use this when working with many images.
