FAQ
What are the hotkeys?+
Space = play/pause, ↑ = faster, ↓ = slower, R = restart, F = fullscreen, Esc = exit fullscreen.
Why does mirror mode exist?+
Real teleprompters use a semi-transparent piece of glass mounted in front of the camera. A screen reflects upward into it, so the text must be flipped horizontally to read correctly in the reflection. Leave it off if you're just reading from a screen.
How do I pick the right speed?+
Reading pace is usually 130–160 words/min in English, 250–300 chars/min in Korean. Use the slider to match your natural delivery.
Is the current line highlighted?+
A red guide line in the center of the screen marks the reading position. The rest stays slightly dimmer so your eyes stay focused there.
Fullscreen doesn't work.+
Browsers require a user gesture (button click) before allowing fullscreen. Click the fullscreen button or press F directly.
Is my script uploaded?+
No. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded. Safe for sensitive talks.
Can I save my script?+
Currently single-session. Keep your script in a separate note app for now. (Saved-scripts feature is planned.)
