FAQ

Can I start numbering from a specific page?+

Yes โ€” set the starting number (e.g., start at 1 from page 5). Useful for skipping a cover and TOC.

What does '1/N' mean?+

Current page / total pages. A 10-page doc shows '3/10'. Common in reports and booklets.

What if the body already has page numbers?+

The new numbers are added on top. Place them in a different position (e.g., original at center, new at bottom-left) to avoid overlap.

I don't want a number on the cover.+

Currently it applies to all pages. Workaround: separate the cover with [PDF page extract], number the body only, then merge back with [PDF merge].

Can I change font size and color?+

Default black at a standard size โ€” a clean, neutral design suitable for reports and papers.
