FAQ

Does quality drop?+

No. Only the page metadata changes — there's no quality loss.

Does scanned text stay intact?+

Yes. Pixels aren't redrawn; just rotation info is added.

Some pages are landscape, others portrait. What now?+

Pick only the page numbers that need rotating (e.g. '1, 3, 5' to 90°).

Will file size grow?+

Almost no change — typically under 1KB more, just for the rotation info.

Different viewers render the rotated PDF differently. Why?+

We use standard PDF rotation metadata, so Adobe, Chrome, and Preview all display it consistently. If one viewer is different, it's ignoring the standard.

Can I fix a sideways photo I converted to PDF?+

Yes — try 90° (or -90°) to straighten it. The photo may already have EXIF rotation info baked in, so if one angle doesn't work, try another.
