Non-taxable limits?+

₩200,000/month meal allowance, ₩200,000/month personal car allowance, transit, etc.

Social insurance rates?+

National Pension 4.5%, Health 3.545%, Long-term care 12.95% of health, Employment 0.9%. These are employee portions — employers match.

Take-home for ₩50M salary?+

After deductions, about ₩3.5–3.6M/month (single dependent). Varies with dependents and children.

Does it include severance?+
