FAQ

Does it work on complex backgrounds?+

Best for solid color backgrounds. AI background-removal tools are better for gradients or natural photos.

What's tolerance?+

How close a pixel's color must be to the picked color to become transparent. Pick white with tolerance 30, and light grays also vanish. Too high and your content disappears.

Does JPG keep transparency?+

No. JPG doesn't support transparency. Save as PNG.

Can I make scanned signatures transparent?+

Yes. White-background scans clean up nicely with this tool. Then overlay on other images using [Image Watermark].

Can I remove just the background behind a person?+

Hard with this tool. Use AI background removal services like remove.bg.

Can I remove multiple colors at once?+

One color per pass. Re-upload the result to remove another color cumulatively.
