Intl.DateTimeFormat handles it automatically. Some US/EU cities shift +1 hour from March to November.

Yes — each city shows its offset from KST (e.g., -14h, +9h).
Can I convert a future specific time?+
It shows current time by default. For future time conversion, a dedicated 'Time Zone Converter' may be easier.
Can I save my city list?+
It resets to defaults on reload. Bookmark the page for quick access to your selection.
