Under 200mg/day (WHO). Excessive caffeine during pregnancy is linked to low birth weight and miscarriage risk.

Effect on sleep?+

Caffeine half-life is 5–6 hours. After 2 PM, it can affect night sleep. Try decaf or tea in the late afternoon.

How much caffeine in different coffees?+

Americano 150mg, espresso 75mg, latte 75mg (double-shot lattes vary). Cold brew is the strongest at 200mg+.

Energy drinks compared to coffee?+
